Help with Wiking Cufftitle Appreciated!

Although I'm not an SS-Collector, I've come across this example and would be very grateful for your opinions as to Originality...

This cuff title was added as a Bookmark to a book regarding to the history of the SS Div. Wiking. It is not original pre 45 made - for original Bevo cuff titles look at the pinned thread from Adrian Stevenson. And the Wiking cuff title did not existed in Bevo only in a type called "Bevo like".
