Re: If I Had Everything Else I Wanted !
I wonder why this man's gala suit has no Alter Kaempfer Winkel at such a rank? His SS number 36,XXX suggest an early date of rank, whilst his NSDAP number is of course later. He was in the Rasse und Siedlungshauptamt and served in Tokyo at the time of the last rank list.
Enigmas in riddles.
PS Since he was a professional police man prior to 1933, this fact explains the absence of the Ehrenwinkel, which is not uncommon on the uniforms of SS men with a police background.

Re: If I Had Everything Else I Wanted !
You want also want this man's Stammrollenkarte with his measurements to see if the thing really would fit such a Nordic super body versus Joe Sh!t the Rag Man, as it were. The SS ranks lists are now everywhere, so I am always chary of claims about personality items that do not jibe with the vital data that are deeper down in the documents. I actually prefer the anonymous, but also authentic foetid woolen, myself. But to each his own, I guess.

I would look way extra special careful at this one, though this dealer seems reputable to me.
