    It's actually a Germanic Rune called the Tyre Rune, rather than an arrow-although it certainly Looks like an arrow! They can hold considerable value, as genuine pieces are not common and have been faked extensively. This piece looks to be genuine and in fine condition, so I imagine you'll have no problem selling it if that is what you decide. (Let me know if you decide to sell that stickpin! )
