    The first image is via a collecting chum of mine. The second image is a perennial found everywhere, and that of my table, the cap, and the picture book are, indeed,
    my property. I collect especially SS officers caps of the epoch 1932-1935 or so.

    Thank you for the kind words. There is a lot I really do not know at all, and I am always trying to uncover the missing pieces of knowledge.

    The new image of Schreck floated my way, and I thought it worthy of the admiration of others.

    I think he died shortly after this picture was taken.

    I think the image is from a Truppenuebung in 1935 or 1936. (v. Fritsch, v. Blomberg, AH, and unknown general officer...)

    It looks a really interesting picture album, some impressive pictures!

    One thing I did learn because of this thread was that Schreck died from meningitis in '36.
