He've ask to help me to choose the better rank tab to match the pair with runes tab, but really he did not have one for sale which will match, due of that I've told the cheaper, even not standard is better to restore your tunic

A little package like that, hmmm, could be a lot of things. I'm thinking a cased medal of some kind. Package is longer than it is wide, so maybe a faithful service award or police long service award.
