Apparently these are LSSAH signalmen, early-mid 1930s with a "lightening flash" on their collar tab, resembling a third sig rune.
I have never seen these before, does anyone have a photo of one up close?
Thanks
Nick

They are not LSSAH members: This is the collar patch worn by the SSVT's SS-Nachrichtensturmbann (SS Signals Battalion).
By the way: Hope you're safe and dry.
Thank you Andreas
Safe but not dry ! Next year I am changing my car to an amphibious vehicle !

Skinny little runes on the helmets I note...
You mean like these .. ?
Schütters book , btw , is one that I would recommend to anyone , for a very basic insight by someone who joined the VT - which took him from Anschluss to Moscow ..
Have any of these pictured helmets been shot down as "Fake" ?

The non-colourized version of that picture .
And when in doubt about any SS helmet , a lifetime COA will always protect its value ..
