On all the lists i have of official cuff titles i've never seen one to Bataillon Narva , the first Estonian Waffen SS Combat unit who fought with Wiking.
However this photo maybe suggests differently , anyone seen anything similar and what are your thoughts ??

And it even looks that the "E" is a bit more white than the "stland". The title is on the cuff of the estonian Oberscharführer Juhan Raagi (pictured in Debica, Poland).
