I watched the video..and I am very sure all of those who sat quietly in the audience when the Daluge was speaking...were all very relieved that Heydrich was dead.

No doubt about that in the case of the Czech workers' and farmers' delegations present at the event... And certainly true for no small percentage of the German audience members, as well. Still, he was surely mourned for by the likes of his old friend von Eberstein (see at the 1:28 time mark) or Karl-Hermann Frank.
By the way, note the trademark dumb expression on Daluege's face at the 1:15 time mark.
