not sure about ss medical shoulder boards

i am thinking about buying these untersturmführer medical shoulder boards, any comments on them??
My first ss items so I am going to need some help here.

For me at least I would need to see better pics to say for sure. With most SS items its all in the detail and so far I am just not seeing it so far. Some of the other Members may be able to tell you a strait answer shortly though.
