I see your "Adolf Hitler" cufftitle and Iám wondering, what is this for a little cable near the RZM Tag??? Goes it through the cufftitle???

The loose cuff title I posted here, which is not my property, is a Probe; that is, it is a pattern piece used by regalia makers as an example for their craft. Such Proben have longed been used in the German military and were normal in the NSDAP and its branches, to include the SS. The item I illustrated is not in my collection, but that of some advanced US collector.
