Original SS tunic?

Dear Members!
I would like to ask for your help! I have seen this SS tunic here on this site. I know, it is not in a good condition, but I love the salty ones better as the ones in untouched condition. Could you please tell me your oppinion? Is it an original or a fake one?
I think the shoulder boards were added later to the tunic.

Her name is Evgenya Rangelova, lives in Germany but she is from Bulgary.

No adress unfortunatly.

You also need the bank-details?
