overseas side cap, real or fake?

Here are several pics of an overseas cap, ownwer can not guarentee originality, so he is not selling as original, but any opions are greatly appreciated.... He says it does not glow under a UV light and the insignia are hand sewn,the whole thing appears a little shady. He said he picked up at Dealer, usually gets stuff from estates. Here are the pics .

Eagle and skull are fakes. I do not believe the cap is original, either.
