I believe your example is for a panzer wrap, which is different than the usual police example found on the field gray tunics. Here's a link to another example which is similar to yours.
As for my opinion, I too like it. It displays a great patina, has the correct materials, as well the proper construction process one looks for on such a item.

Yes it is the same
But the Dutch police had no field gray tunics, but a black tunics.
