Prince Eugen Collar Tab

I recently bought this SS Prince Eugen collar tab was told it's original, i would like some opinions if you guys think if it's original?

just the difference is in size, Handzar is little bigger then Eugen, Handzar is unissued while i believe that the Eugen was taken from the tunic as it has holes and is smaller probably due to washing the tunic it shrinked.
