Reference for SS Sleeve Eagles (Please Share Yours)

Hi Aldo, what is up with the backing cloth on #13? I learned that these are made in France. However, I cannot back this up from any literature. A dealer in- well France is selling one at the moment with this same cloth at this moment.

I had this vetted by a knowledgeable member beforehand. Whether or not these are French made I do not know but I trust the source for authentication. I'll post it again and maybe someone else can comment on it.

Took these at the SOS about 5 years ago. I bought one from the late Michael Beaver off eBay. He said he had a sheet of 68 eagles. Probably a few of these sheet waiting to be found.
