An announcement by the RZM ca. 1934 as regards the retail of SS items versus other branches of the NSDAP via RZM licenses retail outlets.
SS items of uniform and equipment had to be secured directly from the RZM, which presently created in the course of 1934, and before the Roehm Putsch, its own section in the latter agency with coordination to the Verwaltungsamt SS
This article began with the a list of those articles of uniform and equipment that required the RZM marking, and then described which could be retailed where and how, in turn. Noteworthy is the absence of the SS, but I do not think the ban on sale of SS items via the Braune Laeden endured, for later on, one sees SS items on offer. Ergo, the stuff was even rare at the time it was made! No wonder you and I have problems with it.
