    Nick All i know is it was a estonian made item used by Grenzschutz (frontier guard) units later estonian flak helpers.

    Once you start Kevin you wont be able to stop.I like the fact they add a bit of colour to the uniform especially with all the foreign volunteer tabs having been made all with the same coloured thread apart from the Danmark frei korps.

    I had the set with tunicremoved Nordland collartabs, and shoulderboards with cloth "N" attached. But i traded away these pieces with the former owner of my Lituanian Schuma tunic.
    The ss pieces didnt come together, they were found here and there. I would never spilt the pieces if it was.

    Not everyone in the world would consider such a trade the brightest move, but i am highly addicted to the partly untold story of these Easten volunteers.

    Collect ROA, Cossack, Schuma and other WW2 Volunteer militaria.
