Silver Germanic Achievements Badge SS???

Not an area I collect so know nothing about this badge.

I saw it for sale recently at an auction house here in the UK and was intrigued to find out more about it. I like the design.

I could only find another image on ioffer and the seller called it "Silver Germanic Achievements Badge SS"

What is the correct title for this badge and does anyone have any information on it or links they could share

I did not buy this badge as it is not something I collect but I do like the design of it so am interested to find out more about it

Yes, this one is absolutely a fake!

it is indeed fake,real ones were unmarkedand the ss runes were attached by a fold over pin to the rear,i also note from the reseach engine that the angle of the "cheese cuts" are also to narrow, regards from george

Fake Germanische Leistungsrune, also called the Germanic Proficiency Badge by collectors...Originals did not have an RZM, and they fetch around $4000...Personally I think it's one of the most attractive badges produced...
