I believe the sipo Sturmbannfuhrer could be "Helmut Bischoff"

If the officer in FB's photo is Bischoff, you may be interested (or even amazed) to know that he died on 5th January 1993 in Hamburg.

That's not a bad life is it?...especially for someone who held the position he did during the TR ......these guys literally got away with murder!
