    I would not want this one in my collection. I just don't like pebbling. It should look like these two:

    There is nothing wrong with the stippling, detail is fine, ribbon ring and suspension ring check out !
    I have been burnt with a couple of fakes of these and had them in hand.

    IMO this medal is fine

    Here is a photo of one of my fakes compare the poor stippling and detail

    Well Nick, your pictures are too small to make final judgment but stippling on your "fake" actually looks good.
    And still medal in post #1 is fake.
