Do not speculate in black SS regalia without expert advice. Authentic examples are highly expensive, there are well made fakes, and actual pieces are well made and quite distinctive as such. But it is hard to see them in real life.....

Needless to say, the collar patches with the runes and the RFSS cuff title do not match. Peter Jenkins owned or owns a real RFSS uniform from Vienna. Or he did own. I have images of it somewhere.
