I would pass on it as a fake: badly formed swastika and the white backing looks too circular: these are usually slightly oval on originals.

There are many originals shown on the forum.

Ade is certainly correct - whilst made of cotton, wool, rayon or blends, the appearance of these brassards was uniformly precise, and typically in ovoid form.
