Can anyone tell me what I have? is it rare? What do the markings on the label indicate?

This is an Allegemeine SS armband. I don't know enough about them to tell you if it is real or not, but if it is, well, that's what you've got. : )

Adrian is an expert and please use the search function here. We have posted a lot of pictures which you can also use if you take the time, which others may not have. The posted object is a modern fake.
