I haven't seen any SS symbols with a gold embroidery like that and doesn't look as old as the rest of the patch, but I'm am not an expert on these things just what I see.
Junk, poor quality reproductions of items never produced during the Third Reich

As the boys have said Todd, walk away from these. Quality, shape, material, everything is not up to the high standards of construction done back then.
The checkerboard/curtain tassel "thing" looks like it is just about ready to disintegrate anyway....

Thanks for the info everyone. This guy's seller name on ebay is sebatnad. He had a message on another auction saying to contact him about more items he had for sale. I try not to do any deals outside the confines of ebay, but I thought it was worth taking a look. I guess it wasn't. Thanks again.
