    It appears to be a period original piece with condition issues. The RZM tag indicates it was produced in 1935. I would hope the wrinkles could be reduced with careful ironing.

    Whoever washed it was likely trying to take the stain from the white roundel-unsuccessfully, though, apparently. For what it's worth, it looks like a genuine piece.

    As Bob says, this is what these things look like when washed, but it is authentic.

    The large tag means that this style of brassard conforms to the specifications of the Reichsfuehrung SS. These tags were or were not introduced in mid 1934.
    The smaller tag is the contract number with the year.
