The lace looks like nylon paracord to me, I know nothing about these either but I wouldn't touch it with somebody else's bargepole.

I dont know about these all that much either, but my gut reaction is a repro, the stitching is very haphazard, paracord neck string, seam stitches uneven, hems, and the colouring looks modern

It seems a pretty poor copy of the camo pattern too.

Agree with the others, modern repro IMHO for all the reasons listed above. Camo looks wrong as does the cord, though crappy stitching is not a problem I think on originals, though the crappy stitching on this is different to that on originals. Not a fan of the cloth either.
