SS coat good or bad?

Hi! Gents.
I have been offered this coat for a trade.
i know that the insignia is fake but what about the coat itself?
There is no marking on the coat.
i hope the pictures is good enough

I have to say that I do not like the coat either. I always thiught that the issue coat always had a black liner.

I also get the impression that the previous reply with photos was trying to underline the fact that this coat was a quality item, when issued, but the coat that you have posted is definately not.

You are correct. My intent was a contrast of authentic with what is mostly probably a fake. Sorry to have been less than clear. I own at least two authentic such coats, and they do not look like the piece at the head of this thread.
