Hello Daniel. Unfortunately again I think these are no good. The buckram backing looks too open a weave much like burlap as opposed to the type seen here from the bando/beaver book. The wool material also looks different to me than the type used on originals, these tabs are almost felt like. And probably most damming are the runes themselves the spacing between them is inconsistent and are not centered vertically on the tab. JMO. Best regards.

But if there were different manufactors? Dont you think they could be a bit different? I Dont wanna rule this out as fakes this soon i have never seen a fake pair thats resemble this pair!
Daniel I appreciate your optimism. However I still stand by my assessment. Having said that I have been wrong, certainly. So others opinions are of course welcome and I'm sure forthcoming. Best regards.

Thx for the input Brian!
modern reproductions agree with Brian
Brian is correct, terribly centred uneven runes.
The silver piping cord around the edge of Daniel's example is also thicker than the textbook photo Brian has posted.
I believe the rank stripe to be original, that's about it!
