From what Volunteer Region is the collar tab on the Top left corner?

It is Galacian. (Ukranian) Worn by the 14th Div. The other tab you ask about is Ukranian too.

Eagle looks original to me, but that is not a SS eagle, this form looks to me as a NPEA students eagle

I have never seen some of those vol. tabs I thought they were all but impossible to find but look correct? As for the others shown I feel the SS tabs are good but the eagle is def. not a period piece.
