Cap on right has this interior, was in the Hayes book and others. It is, I think, of the Kupper Wuppertal make.

Cap on left is made by Isken of Koeln for the same SS Gruppe, prior to mid 1934.
The text book and or bible of caps says that Isken made no caps in the III. Reich.

In mid 1934, the RFSS model system was introduced of standardized items of uniform and equipment, and this decentralized method of procurement (as above) was banned.
When the ban actually took hold is unknown to me, but we have the orders in the RZM circulars.
In the minds of some, because this cap does not have tags and stamps of the later variety, it is wrongly called a "pre RZM" cap. The RZM came into existence from 1928 until 1930. Its role after 30 January 1933, however, quickly evolved in scope and scale from its role prior to said date.
The RZM predated this cap for sure, but the RFSS only standardized its uniform in the manner one knows from sometime in 1934 onward, and the marking requirement
was put into effect after this cap was made, or as this cap was made.
Thus, the phrase "pre RZM" is in error.

This cap is much nicer in quality than the later variants. It also has a very tall crown, too, despite its early date.
