Hello someone said this SS Kepi Bullion Eagle came from John Angolia
and it is in his book. Does anyone have that book and could you post
photo?

It is not necessarily a kepi eagle. I would call it a questionable piece as I have never seen a hand embroidered wreath on a kepi or black cap either in hand or in a period picture. Being in a book does not immediately validate a piece as being period original.
