SS M40 Estonian volunteer feldmutze salty- attic found

Article about: This one just got from a friend who found it in the old Estonian attic. Note that the attached metallic scull is a kind of fashion of Estonian SS volunteers, due of it's a not first example

No, the backing is just a piece of material I use for the building of the collection display boxes as underlayer

bucks will grow in nearest time too
And what type of fertilizer and liquids do we need to use to see that happen?

one thing about a this cover is that it is easier to see the construction of the cap and understand better what the clothier did to make it.

Seering that skull jumping off the insignia below may have a reason as to why this was done, and more so in the fact of unit insignia.

With all the rich history behind the insignia also had a lot of individual wear for that flair of dress.

Another aspect of it that to understand if this was indeed 1 individual or perhpas a squad or platoon with like attachments.

What is the red resin under the skull? Is it hard or brittle? Perhaps a wax?

    Thanks for showing it.
