SS M43 Tunic - Need help

Hello, What's your opinion about this M43 jacket in italian cloth?
Sorry for the pics, it's the best I was able to do...
Eagle, volunteer patch and Edelweiss are good but sewn postwar.

the jacket was ebay, I go to see it, he asked 3500 euro for the jacket
the owner of the jacket explain that It comes from a vet, and the insignes on the arm are not original sew, there were replaced by the vet : true or not ????,
only the collar tabs are original sew
