SS Norwegian insignia?

Hey guys, i really have no clue what these are, lol ....... they remind me of a Norwegian Nazi cross, similar to the ones used with eagle for SS items. Any help would be great. They are from a gentlemen who was attached to the 2nd French Armored division and Patton's 3 army in 1945. As they were pushing the Germans back he got this stuff from people in the towns they liberated....... there is alot of HJ stuff, and a good mix of Heer and Luft items. The seller says he has SS also, but this is all i see that could be.... so let me know asap!

Could be sun cross insignia as used by the norwegian ruling wartime party, NS... that's just me recognizing the symbol though, I have no idea if these patches and badges are related and/or genuine

I also first thought Celtic cross, but why would they be in with a bunch of Nazi items? Perhaps a unit designation? I really have no idea......

Definitely no SS connection and not Norwegian, either.

My guess is that these are from the Équipes Nationales, a Vichy France organization formed in 1941 which initially performed social tasks and, later in the war, was also employed on clearing air raid damage.

The E.N. used the Celtic Cross (or, in French, Croix celtique) as its symbol. See here for two brassards and a breast badge, the latter also in the shape of this symbol: http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5020/...b1d30363_o.jpg
