SS officer sleeve eagle with RZM tag

Dont know much on these Sleeve eagles so opinions on authenticity would greatly be appreciated!

Not the finest construction, and not the usual RZM tag (I seem to remember "F" being the correct one), but I do think it has a chance to be original...

Most of the ones I have found on older threads have the H tag. I also read somewhere that the H code was for bullion type construction I believe?

Bullion eagles usually have H tags. F tags are usually found on quality bullion Collar tabs. The eagle might be original but I have seen repos with better quality. Everything on the right side looks longer than on the left.
