    and to me, as well. My friend Heinz von Hungen long had a Waffen SS "Hohenstaufen" Pz. Feldjacke, which ended up in various colored pictorials, and its badges were thus.

    I think there are other examples extant to which you can refer.

    I claim no expertise in SS panzer material.

    My focus more or less stops in 1939-40.
