SS-police patch: authentic? advice appreciated

The RZM tag adds "authenticity" but the runes do not look as well defined as those from Mollo's collection shown in "for sale" thread.Could anyone please offer some opinion.
Also any info on the role or divisions wearers of these would likely to serve in SS would be welcome.
