    Looks like a tunic-removed 2nd pattern RZM style cufftitle, with the 7 strands in the border-piping...Here's one from GrenadierMilitaria for comparison...
    I look forward to the SS collector's opinions as well...

    The shape of the lettering is bad. Compare to the one posted by Glenn.

    There were variations, if you notice the one Glenn posted, there is no period after the " Division " but they did exist with a period after the division i am sure
