If I am not mistaken, the "C" and the "D" on the tag represent different cloth items.
Wait for other opinions.

An H tag would be strange. A bullion SS officers eagle is the only item I have owned with a H tag. It would be a mistake to use a H tag on something as simple as a sleeve diamond. I am sure you have seen one.
