SS side cap, repro i think?

Hey everyone, here are a few pics of a side cap, i believe this to be a repro, or at least the totenkopf to be fake. It appears to be a SS tropical on a non-tropical side cap? Any opinions, it is for sale.

Yes, it's a fake one.

The cap is post war/modern, and pretty sure the skull is too !
( Could have ripped the white tag out, at least.... )

I'm not positive, but I think I can see the date - 1956 ? ! ?
( Should have placed the ink stamp over that too....! )

Thanks, to me it was obvious right away, the white tag, the shape of the eyes are a dead give away ! However, i have only been collecting for less than a year and my main focus is SS.... it is nice to know that all my resarch and reading and studying originals has paid off ! Thanks for the reassurance in my fidings ! Anyone that has SS items for sale, let me know....remember, i am just starting and have limited funds, lol ! Thanks !

A few more guys needed to confirm suspicions and condemn it completely, but I think you have
been rightfully cautious and can see some differences.

Pretty obvious, maybe, but there are many other things out there less so.......

indeed this one is so easy to spot, especially that fake skull. It's just a NVA cap with the ugliest skull there is, on it.
