It's trying to be (Reichskommissariat für die Festigung des deutschen Volkstum), but the detail looks soft to me.
The only illustrated example I can find shows a different style of eagle wing, and I'm not a big fan of the reverse.
But please wait for more opinions.

I agree with Chris the reverse is most concerning. But the obverse is fairly close in detail to the example shared from fellow member Winklenan's collection. I wont however venture to say original. Best regards.

With Winkelman's diamond being original , I stand corrected, as they seem to be a match.
These are a very rare examples of SS sleeve-diomonds which don't surface that often.
I was concerned with the back and the crudeness swastika.
Sorry for the wrong information.
