looking around I could not find anything like it.
It appears it was removed from a tunic
My gut tells me its bad.

Ok, I am in no way an expert but I will give it a try.
To me the adlers head, neck and chest just look weird. Not the quality of stitching you would expect. Also the black cloth looks very fuzzy wuzzy to me.
Let's wait for other opinions.
