    These are usually made like this at Dachau. IMO this is a reproduction. The swastika is too think and lacks detail. I'm not expert though, here is an original Dachau one.Click image for larger version.

    I believe this is a reproduction, as well. The stitching is thick and sloppy, the bird has no beak definition, and the swastika is misshapen. The black cloth is not even cut straight across the top... It's a rather ugly attempt at a Dachau piece.

    I do not agree. I thought these were deemed reproductions from the 70's weren't they? None of the other eagles that are thought to be French produced (KM, Coastal Artillery, Heer M43) have this cheesecloth backing either.
