    Not SS. Looks like a Heer Panzer collar tab skull which has been made into a stick pin.

    Thanks Ade for your opinion .I too toyed with the idea.This Round hole nose skull would surely have signs of mounting from either the two round prongs or three flat edge prongs yet I can see no evidence of this
