In my opinion, this is a reproduction/fake tab that is trying to be a BEVO style tab. Here are a few pictures of original BEVO tabs (note the differences in the quality of the embroidery and the tab material itself):

I think it is in fact a reproduction of a FLATWIRE tab ( woven silverwire ) , you do not see them often .
