SS VT collar tab , opinions?

Hello everyone, I thought I'd bring this to the forum to get some opinions. I purchased this from a seller in Germany who told me they acquired it in a large lot of collar tabs from the family of a gentleman that worked for RZM. I do not know how much credence told lend that story or not, so I figured I had better ask. Thanks.
