I am sorry for my IMO, but the stamps looks ta bit strange, VA stamp is not typycal with lettering, also I don't like liner and the cut itself... I'am not an such professional in that area, but similar caps came trough my hands ( about 15 of them) was a bit other by cloth and cut

for my experience the stamp look OK,and also the liner,made in pre war cotton look very good but I respect your opinions.
