I found this on Omaha Beach in France and i would like to know more about it if its real or fake and value if any?

Most likely dropped on Omaha as a prank

If the fake disk lost by someone sometime ago it will get oxidizing at least. If the founder is such a lucky to find a fresh lost fake, then it's something not obvious. But any way this post show me the first red flag
