It's not SS, it's Wehrmacht. The 4th Infantry Division. You may be thinking of the SS Prinz Eugen Division or the Nederland Division, which have a similar but different emblem.

The Prinz Eugen emblem had feet that were bent up and out. Also, the shield had a scooped out section on the top edge. 7.SS-Freiwilligen-Gebirgs-Division "Prinz Eugen"

It could also be the 14th Panzer Division. Feldgrau :: 14.Panzer-Division
