Totenkopf collar tab, real or fake?

Here is another collar tab i have a chance to buy, any opinions? Thanks everyone !! The left eye socket( looking at pics is the right socket ) looks way to big and of poor quality? The detail does not look fine enough to me, but i still have alot to learn !
